The development spans a naturally terraced hillside site descending directly to a private beachfront. The architecture is restrained and deeply contextual, employing local stone, reclaimed timber, and native plantings to create a series of structures that appear to have grown from the Cretan landscape rather than been placed upon it. The 120 rooms and suites are arranged across multiple levels to maximise views across the bay to the island of Spinalonga.
Facilities include four restaurants and bars, a 1,200 m² spa, two infinity pools, a private marina, and direct beach access. Throughout the design process, environmental impact was measured and minimised at every stage, from geothermal heating to a zero-single-use-plastics operational policy.
